ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026: The schedule of the T20 World Cup has been announced by the ICC. This World Cup will be held next year. The Women's T20 World Cup 2026 is to be held in England next year. This will be the 10th edition of the World Cup. The first match of this World Cup to be held in June will be on the 12th. In which host England has to face Sri Lanka. A total of 12 teams will participate in this World Cup, so it can be said that this will be the biggest World Cup till date. If we talk about the group, then ICC has formed two groups for this. Apart from Australia, South Africa, India and Pakistan have been included in Group 1. Apart from this, two more teams will come, it will be decided later.
The second group of T20 World Cup, apart from host England, teams from New Zealand, Sri Lanka and West Indies have been included in it. Two teams will come here after playing the Global Qualifier. As per the rules, all the teams will play matches with the rest of the teams in their respective groups, after which the top two teams in the points table will directly go to the semi-finals. The semi-final matches will be held on 30 June and 2 July. After this, the final match will be played on 5 July. This match will be played at the historic ground of Lord's.
If we talk about the match between India and Pakistan, then this match will be played on 14th June. Teams of India and Pakistan now face each other only in ICC or ACC tournaments, hence the excitement of this match is also at its peak. India and Pakistan are in the same group, hence they will be able to face each other only in the league stage, the possibility of a match happening in the future is very less.

Group 1: Australia, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Qualifier, Qualifier.
Group 2: West Indies, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Qualifier, Qualifier.
This tournament will be played in a total of 7 venues. All these are venues in England - Edgbaston, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Bristol County Ground, Hampshire, Headingley, The Oval and Lord's Stadium. Both the semi-final matches of the Women's T20 World Cup 2026 will be played at The Oval while the final will be held at Lord's.
