Michael Hussey Reveals The Toughest Bowler He Has Faced -
Former Australia cricketer Michael Hussey has recently revealed the South Africa pacer Dale Steyn was the toughest to bat against. The right-arm fast bowler has given sleepless nights to many world-class batsmen across the globe including Hussey.

The 36-year-old Proteas cricketer recently bid farewell to Test Cricket. Steyn was struggling from frequent injuries which forced him to give up the red-ball format. He will now concentrate more on the limited-overs in an attempt to play the 2023 World Cup.

Dale Steyn has claimed 439 wickets in 93 Test matches at an average of 22.95. The gun fast bowler is South Africa's leading wicket-taker in this format of the game. During his prime, Steyn has created a lot of troubles for the batsmen swinging the ball both ways at an express pace.

On the other hand, Michale Hussey has served Australian cricket for long. He has been rock solid in the middle-order and has led them to victory on many occasions. His ability to play shots all over the park earned him the nickname 'Mr. Cricket'. Also, his conduct both on and off the field is something to take a note of.

Hussey in a recent video chat with ESPNCricinfo has picked Dale Steyn as the toughest bowler he has faced. The former Aussie cricketer also revealed that he didn't enjoy batting Steyn at all.

"Dale Steyn. He was just horrible to face. Good pace, good swing, got me out a few times. So, didn't enjoy facing him at all," Michael Hussey said while talking to ESPN Cricinfo when he was asked one bowler who gave him the sleepless night.

Furthermore, Michale Hussey also regarded South African wickets as the most challenging surfaces to bat on. Hussey retired from international cricket playing 79 Tests, 185 ODIs, and 38 T20Is scoring over 12000 international runs.
