ICC Women's World Cup 2025: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the full schedule of the Women's Cricket World Cup 2025. A total of 8 teams are participating in this World Cup and this tournament will be played in a round-robin format. This means that all 8 teams will definitely face each other once in the group stage. This time the World Cup is being jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka and the first match of the tournament will be played between India and Sri Lanka at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
The World Cup will be held from 30 September to 2 November. Australia is the defending champion in the Women's ODI World Cup, which will start its campaign in the World Cup with a match against New Zealand on 1 October. Let us tell you that the date of the India-Pakistan match in the World Cup has also been decided.
The match between India and Pakistan will be held on October 5 at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. As per the agreement between ICC, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Board of Control for Cricket in India, the Pakistani team will play all its matches in this tournament in Sri Lanka's capital Colombo.
