Following the LLC clash, Sreesanth issued a legal notice regarding his rant on Gautam Gambhir: Sources

During a Legends League Cricket match, former Indian teammate Gautam Gambhir allegedly dubbed former bowler S Sreesanth a "fixer" on Thursday. The two World Cup winners got into a heated argument on Wednesday during the Indian Capitals vs. Gujarat Giants Eliminator game here. The two players had to be separated by the officials who had to step in.

According to sources, S Sreesanth has been served with a legal notice by the Legends League Cricket for 'breach of contract' following his on-field altercation with Gautam Gambhir.

According to source, former India bowler S Sreesanth has been sent a legal notice by the Legends League Cricket (LLC) Commissioner for his diatribe against Gautam Gambhir. Sreesanth alleged Gambhir of calling him a 'fixer' during the LLC match between India Capitals and Gujarat Giants. On Thursday morning, a video of Gambhir and Sreesanth's on-field altercation leaked on social media, forcing the latter to issue a statement claiming the cricketer-turned-politician referred to him as a "fixer." However, the LLC commissioner is not pleased with Sreesanth's social media outburst, claiming it was a 'breach of contract' on the pacer's part.

According to the legal warning filed by LLC, Sreesanth's social media outburst about the on-field incident was a "breach of contract." The notification is thought to have stated that no communication with Sreesanth is possible until he removes any videos he has put on social media. The notification further stated that the on-field umpires did not report any expletives being used by Gambhir on the field.

While Sreesanth resorted to social media to tell his side of the story, Gambhir simply took to Instagram to share a mysterious post. "Smile when the world is all about attention!" said the caption of the post. Sreesanth, on the other hand, was not pleased and commented on Gambhir's tweet, asking if he was "above Supreme Court."

Former cricketer Sreesanth criticized Gautam Gambhir's alleged on-field 'fixer' statement and behavior during a Legends League Cricket game in Surat on Wednesday, calling him an arrogant, absolutely classless man. Sreesanth, who asked Gambhir if he was above the country's Supreme Court, said the former India opener went beyond the bounds of sportsmanship.

"You have gone above and beyond the expectations of a sportsman and a brother, and you most importantly represent the people." Nonetheless, you continue to clash with every cricketer. What's the deal with you? You called me a fixer after all I did was smile and observe? Seriously? Are you higher than the Supreme Court? You have no right to speak in this manner and say whatever you want. You even verbally attacked the umpires and then claim to be smiling? You are an arrogant, classless individual who shows no regard for people who supported you. "I always had respect for you and your family until yesterday," Sreesanth commented in the comments section of Gambhir's post.
