Harrow nursery recognised as top 20 in London for second year in a row
A nursery has been rated among the top 20 nurseries in London for the second year in a row.

Cricket Nursery, Lower Road, was recognised as one of the top-rated London nurseries for the second year in a row by nursery review site, daynurseries.co.uk.

The nurseries were rated based on the reviews from families and carers on their overall standard, their facilities and outside space, learning resources provided, activities, staff, food and nutrition, management, cleanliness, safeguarding and value for money.

Daynurseries.co.uk collected 22,000 reviews between March 2014 to March 2019 to help rank the top 20 nurseries.

Bhavna Dattani, the owner of Cricket Nursery, said: "We recognise that children learn best with both physical and mental challenges. We understand the need to provide learning that involves other people, ideas, objects and events to engage children and we organise trip like forest school."

"Our aim is to provide a warm and accepting atmosphere to ensure children feel confident in their surroundings. Individual room environments are created to support the age and stage of development of each child and enable active learning, play and exploration.

"We constantly reflect on our environment which helps support the growing and varied needs of the children in our care."

Reviews from various parents on the website congratulate the staffs accommodating dedication to taking care of a child and assuring they are given the best experience possible.

The nursery, based near the cricket Harrow cricket grounds, has seen a massive overall improvement over the past few years. An Ofsted report in 2017 saw the standards improve from 'inadequate' to 'good'.
