Cricket science gets a boost with this sensor-based technology
Mumbai's two young enthusiasts and cricket players themselves-Harshal Shah and Samir Shah-have derived the science of utilizing the right choice of cricket bats, which they claim can revolutionize the functionality of willows.

Z-Bats, as it is known as, is backed with scientific algorithms and sensor-based technology. It is India's first Sports Tech company presenting for the very first time uni-gender, bespoke Z Bats.

"Z-Bat is where passion and experience come together. It was born when we, as amateur cricketers, decided to come up with this concept and start-up pioneer and mentor G Ramachandran joined hands to launch India's first ever bespoke cricket bats", Harshal Shah, speaking exclusively, said.

"This technology can not only enhance the performance of the batsmen but they will also help in avoiding the injury with the unique body dynamics".

"It is all technology driven. It will first be based on weight, height and other parameters", G.Ramachandran, the start-up guru, who made fitness an inspirational product with the introduction of Gold's Gym in the past, said as the mentor and Co-founder.

"Further the existing bats are also repaired to have the right parameters for bat protection and maintenance", he signed off.

Harshal is a regular in Mumbai's club cricket and has an undying passion for the game. His deep desire to find the perfect bat for every cricketer and change the way India approaches buying cricket bats helped in founding Z-Bats.

Samir's intense passion for sports and technology led him to delve deeper into the scientific aspects of the game. A club-level cricketer himself, he teamed up with Harshal to launch Z-Bat. While researching the matrix, he came up with scientific algorithms that defined the right cricket bat.
