BAN vs SL 1st ODI : The ODI series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka (BAN vs SL) started with the first match. After losing 1-2 in the T20 series, host Bangladesh (Bangladesh Cricket Team) has made a great start in the ODI series. Bangladesh team easily achieved the target of 256 runs given by the Sri Lankan team in the first ODI by losing 4 wickets and took a 1-0 lead in the series. Within 100 runs, 4 batsmen of Bangladesh were out but Shanto and Mushfiqur Rahim made an unbeaten and match-winning partnership of 165 runs for the 5th wicket. Nazmul Shanto scored the third century of his ODI career and remained unbeaten on 122 runs. Mushfiqur Rahim played an important inning of 73 runs, which included only 8 fours. Dilshan Madhushanka took maximum 2 wickets for Sri Lanka.
