Kate Peterson continued where she left off last match and she helped peg back the Thunder with 3 wickets after Beaumont and Litchfield got off to a flying start. Beaumont played brilliantly for her 51 as she and Litchfield helped the Thunder to 91 runs in the first 10 overs. The middle and lower order however were tied down by some good bowling and great catching to fall 18 runs short.
