This one had a bit of everything, with momentum flowing between the two teams throughout the whole match. Tasmania got off to a flyer after winning the toss and bowling, having the visitors 3/20 early. South Australia rebuilt off the back of a captain's knock from Barsby, making 61 after Villani dropped her on 10. Peterson went on to push the SA total well over 200 with a contribution of 50. Tasmania had an equally shaky start with the bat, losing Villani second ball and also finding themselves 3/20. Things went from bad to worse for the home side, finding themselves in a hole at 6/79, before A. Smith and Strano went on the attack, making 57 and 51 not out respectively. L. Smith played a great cameo along side Strano, making 41, including two sixes. Tasmania managing to hang on in a thrilling run chase that really could have gone either way.
